围术期优质护理在复杂性输尿管上段结石行微创经皮肾镜术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析围术期优质护理在复杂性输尿管上段结石行微创经皮肾镜术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1-12月于绵阳市中心医院行微创经皮肾镜术的72例复杂性输尿管上段结石患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各36例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予围术期优质护理。比较两组手术指标、并发症发生情况。结果:两组结石清除率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术中出血量少于对照组,引流管/导尿管拔除时间、术后肠功能恢复时间、术后下床活动时间、术后住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.041)。结论:围术期优质护理在复杂性输尿管上段结石行微创经皮肾镜术患者中的应用效果较好,能够减少术中出血量,促进患者恢复,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of perioperative quality nursing in patients undergoing minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscopy for complex upper ureteral calculi.Methods:A total of 72 patients with complex upper ureteral calculi who underwent minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscopy were selected as the study objects in Mianyang Central Hospital from January to December 2020,and divided into two groups with 36 cases each by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given perioperative quality nursing.The surgical indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in calculi clearance between the two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the time of drainage tube/catheter removal,postoperative intestinal function recovery time,postoperative activity time and postoperative hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.041).Conclusion:Perioperative quality nursing is effective in patients undergoing minimally invasive percutaneous nephroscopy for complex upper ureteral calculi,which can reduce intraoperative blood loss,promote patient recovery and reduce the incidence of complications.
