摘　　要：目的:探讨ABCDE集束化护理预防心脏术后患者谵妄的效果。方法:选取2021年7月-2023年7月南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院ICU收治的心脏术后患者78例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为两组,各39例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施ABCDE集束化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组压力、焦虑、抑郁评分及谵妄发生率低于对照组,谵妄持续时间短于对照组,机械通气时间、ICU住院时间及总住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心脏术后患者行ABCDE集束化护理可有效预防谵妄,缓解不良情绪,促进患者恢复。Objective:To explore the effect of ABCDE bundle nursing on preventing delirium in patients after cardiac surgery.Methods:A total of 78 patients after cardiac surgery who were admitted to the ICU of Wuxi People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received ABCDE bundle nursing.The nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results:The scores of stress,anxiety,and depression as well the incidence of delirium in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the duration of delirium in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,the mechanical ventilation time,length of ICU stay and total length of hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After cardiac surgery,ABCDE bundle nursing can effectively prevent delirium,alleviate negative emotions,and promote patient recovery.
