摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA循环管理模式在消毒供应室质量管理中的应用效果。方法:选取中山市古镇人民医院消毒供应室12名工作人员作为研究对象。2021年7-12月实施常规管理,2022年1-6月实施PDCA循环管理模式,比较实施前后消毒供应室的管理质量。结果:实施PDCA循环管理模式后,工作人员操作规范执行、去污区管理、检查包装区管理、无菌物品存放区管理评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:PDCA循环管理模式在消毒供应室质量管理中的应用效果显著,能够有效提升管理质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management mode in quality management of disinfection supply room.Methods:12 staff members of disinfection supply room of Zhongshan Guzhen People's Hospital were selected as the study objects.The routine management will be implemented from July to December 2021,and the PDCA cycle management mode will be implemented from January to June 2022,and the management quality of the disinfection supply room before and after implementation will be compared.Results:After the implementation of PDCA cycle management mode,the scores of the implementation of staff operating standards,decontamination area management,inspection packaging area management and sterile goods storage area management were higher than those before the implementation,with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of PDCA cycle management mode in the quality management of disinfection supply room is remarkable and can effectively improve the quality of management.
