替硝唑与奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较替硝唑与奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的临床效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月开平市龙胜镇卫生院收治的84例滴虫性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各42例。对照组给予替硝唑治疗,观察组给予奥硝唑治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎性因子水平、症状评分、阴道清洁度、阴道pH及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043 2)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-8、白细胞介素-13水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组症状评分、阴道清洁度评分及阴道pH低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023 5)。结论:与替硝唑相比,奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的效果更好,更利于减轻炎性反应,缓解临床症状,改善阴道环境,且不良反应少。Objective:To compare the clinical effect of tinidazole and ornidazole in the treatment of trichomoniasis vaginitis.Meth⁃ods:A total of 84 patients with trichomoniasis vaginitis admitted to Longsheng Town Health Center of Kaiping City from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tinidazole,and the observation group was treated with ornidazole.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors,symptom score,vaginal cleanliness,vaginal pH and the occurrence of adverse reactions were com⁃pared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the con⁃trol group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0432).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-2,interleukin-8 and interleukin-13 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score,vaginal cleanliness score and vaginal pH in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0235).Conclusion:Compared with tinidazole,ornidazole has a better effect in the treatment of trichomoniasis vaginitis,and is more conducive to reducing inflammatory reaction,alleviating clinical symptoms,improving the vaginal environment,and has fewer adverse reactions.
