摘　　要：目的:分析2型糖尿病合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的影响因素。方法:选取2020年10月—2022年4月娄底市中心医院收治的48例2型糖尿病合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者作为观察组,选取同期收治的100例甲状腺功能正常的2型糖尿病患者作为对照组。收集患者一般资料并进行生化检验,分析2型糖尿病合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的独立影响因素。结果:两组年龄、性别、餐后2 h血糖、尿白蛋白与尿肌酐比值、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸、促甲状腺激素比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄>60岁、高促甲状腺激素水平是2型糖尿病合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:年龄>60岁、高促甲状腺激素水平是2型糖尿病合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的独立危险因素,临床应予以重视。Objective:To analyze the influencing factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods:Forty-eight patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and subclinical hypothyroidism treated in Loudi Central Hospital from October 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and normal thyroid function treated in the same period were selected as the control group.The general data of patients were collected and biochemical tests were performed.The independent influencing factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism were analyzed.Results:There were significant differences in age,gender,2 h postprandial blood glucose,ratio of urine albumin to urine creatinine,free tetraiodothyronine,and thyroid-stimulating hormone between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age>60 years and high thyroid-stimulating hormone level were independent risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age>60 years and high thyroid-stimulating hormone level are independent risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism,which should be concerned in clinical practice.
