摘　　要：目的:分析改良Devine术治疗儿童隐匿性阴茎的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月江门市中心医院收治的106例隐匿性阴茎患儿作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各53例。对照组行传统Devine术治疗,研究组行改良Devine术治疗。比较两组手术相关指标、手术前后阴茎长度及术后延长长度、术后并发症发生情况、术后疼痛程度。结果:两组术中出血量、手术时间、切口愈合时间、肿胀消除时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后,研究组阴茎长度、延长长度长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.046)。术后1、2、3、5 d,两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:改良Devine术治疗儿童隐匿性阴茎的效果显著,可有效延长阴茎长度,且术后并发症较少。Objective:To analyze the effect of modified Devine procedure in the treatment of concealed penis in children.Methods:A total of 106 children with concealed penis who were treated in Jiangmen Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received traditional Devine procedure,while the study group received modified Devine procedure.The surgery relevant indicators,preoperative and postoperative penile length,postoperative elongation length,postoperative complications and postoperative pain were compared between two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss,operation time,incision healing time,and swelling elimination time between the two groups(P>0.05).After surgery,the penile length and elongation length in the study group were longer than those in the control group,and the differ‑ence was statistically significant(P<0.001).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046).At 1,2,3 and 5 d after surgery,there was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The modified Devine procedure has a significant effect in the treatment of concealed penis in children,and can effectively prolong the penile length and have fewer postoperative complications.
