健脾生血汤联合促红素治疗再生障碍性贫血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析健脾生血汤联合促红素治疗再生障碍性贫血的效果。方法:选取2022年11月—2023年8月邳州市人民医院收治的90例再生障碍性贫血患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各45例。两组均接受集束化干预,对照组给予促红素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予健脾生血汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、外周血象、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.036)。治疗1、3个月后,两组白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数(ANC)、血红蛋白(HGB)水平、血小板(PLT)水平均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,两组WBC、ANC、HGB水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组PLT水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组ANC水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组WBC、HGB、PLT水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。结论:健脾生血汤联合促红素治疗再生障碍性贫血的效果显著,可促进患者血象恢复,减少不良反应。Objective:To analyze the effect of Jianpi Shengxue Decoction combined with erythropoietin in the treatment of aplastic anemia.Methods:A total of 90 patients with aplastic anemia admitted to the People's Hospital of Pizhou from November 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group using the ran‑dom number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups received clustered intervention,the control group was treated with erythropoietin,while the observation group was treated with Jianpi Shengxue Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,peripheral blood indicators and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statis‑tically significant(P=0.036).After 1 and 3 months of treatment,the levels of white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil count(ANC),hemoglobin(HGB)and platelet(PLT)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of WBC,ANC and HGB between the two groups(P>0.05);the PLT levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,there was no significant difference in ANC levels between the two groups(P>0.05);the levels of WBC,HGB and PLT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).Conclusion:In the treatment of aplastic anemia,the combination of Jianpi Shengxue Decoction and erythropoietin exhibits a significant effect and can promote the recovery of blood indicato
