脊柱定点旋转复位法联合正骨推拿手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者采用脊柱定点旋转复位法联合正骨推拿手法治疗的效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年5月上海中医药大学附属龙华医院收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,采用投掷硬币法分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组采用脊柱定点旋转复位法治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用正骨推拿手法治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组日本骨科协会评估治疗分数高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,两组Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疼痛评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组后伸、前屈、右侧侧屈及左侧侧屈活动度大于治疗前,且研究组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘突出症患者采用脊柱定点旋转复位法联合正骨推拿手法治疗的效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛程度,改善腰椎功能及腰部活动度。Objective:To explore the effect of spinal fixed-point rotational reduction combined with bone-setting massage manipulation treatment in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation in Longhua Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and study group according to the coin toss method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with spinal fixed-point rotational reduction and the study group was treated with bonesetting massage manipulation on the basis of control group.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the treatment scores assessed using the Japanese Orthopaedic Association in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the scores of Oswestry Disability Index in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The range of motion of posterior extension,forward flexion,right lateral flexion and left lateral flexion in the two groups was greater than that before treatment,and the range of motion in the study group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The spinal fixed-point rotational reduction combined with bone-setting massage manipulation in patients with lumbar disc herniation has significant effects,which can alleviate the pain degree of patients and improve lumbar spine function and lumbar range of motion.
