摘  要:目的:探讨清单式卒中吞咽障碍评估训练联合阶梯分段式饮食指导在急性脑卒中患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月南通市如东县人民医院收治的85例急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和研究组(n=45)。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予清单式卒中吞咽障碍评估训练联合阶梯分段式饮食指导。比较两组吞咽功能、护理满意度及误吸发生情况。结果:护理后,两组洼田饮水试验、生活质量评分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度高于对照组,误吸发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清单式卒中吞咽障碍评估训练联合阶梯分段式饮食指导在急性脑卒中患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者护理满意度,提高吞咽能力,降低误吸风险。Objective:To investigate the application effect of checklist stroke swallowing disorder assessment training combined with stepped segmented dietary guidance in patients with acute stroke.Methods:A total of 85 patients with acute stroke swallowing disorder admitted to Rudong County People's Hospital of Nantong City from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=40)and study group(n=45)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given checklist stroke swallowing disorder assessment training combined with stepped segmented dietary guidance.Swallowing function,nursing satisfaction and aspiration were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of Kubota Water Swallowing Test and quality of life in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of aspiration in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Checklist stroke swallowing disorder assessment training combined with stepped segmented dietary guidance has a significant application effect in patients with acute stroke,which can improve patient's satisfaction with nursing,improve swallowing ability,and reduce the risk of aspiration.
