摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊急救护理在门诊输液患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月于扬州市第二人民医院门诊输液的患者10 460例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各5 230例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予急诊急救护理。比较两组不良事件、护理缺陷事件发生情况和护理满意度。结果:观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护理缺陷总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:急诊急救护理在门诊输液患者中的应用效果显著,可降低不良事件、护理缺陷事件发生率,提高患者护理满意度。Objective:To investigate the application effect of emergency first aid nursing in outpatient transfusion patients.Methods:A total of 10460 patients who received the transfusion in Outpatient Department of Yangzhou Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 5230 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given emergency first aid nursing.Adverse events,nursing defect events,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of nursing defects in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of emergency first aid nursing in outpatient transfusion patients is significant,which can reduce the incidence of adverse events and nursing defect events,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
