达格列净联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平及胰岛功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨达格列净联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者血糖水平及胰岛功能的影响。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年12月国家电网公司职业病防治院收治的150例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各75例。试验组应用达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组应用阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗2周后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖与糖化血红蛋白水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,两组空腹胰岛素水平、胰岛素抵抗指数均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,两组胰岛β细胞功能指数均高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:达格列净联合二甲双胍可改善2型糖尿病患者血糖指标及胰岛功能,且具有较高的安全性。Objective:To explore the influence of dapagliflozin combined with metformin on blood glucose levels and pancreatic islet function of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,150 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to State Grid Corporation of China Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 75 patients in each group.The experimental group was treated with dapagliflozin and metformin,while the control group was treated with acarbose and metformin.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the fasting insulin level and insulin resistance index in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indexes in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the pancreatic isletβcell function index in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the index in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dapagliflozin combined with metformin can improve blood glucose indexes and pancreatic islet function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and has a high safety.
