琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法:选取2022年8月-2023年8月湖南省人民医院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者86例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各43例。两组均行常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上给予琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予通心络胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张末期内径低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,两组左室射血分数高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组心绞痛持续发作时间短于治疗前,且研究组短于对照组,发作频率低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.012 7)。结论:琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果显著,可改善患者心功能,减轻心绞痛症状,调节血脂水平。Objective:To analyze the effect of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets combined with Tongxinluo capsules in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:A total of 86 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to Hunan Provincial People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment,the control group was treated with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets on the basis of conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with Tongxinluo capsules on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indicators in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the left ventricular ejection fraction in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and this indicator in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the duration of angina pectoris in the two groups was shorter than before treatment,the duration in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,while the attack frequency in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the frequency in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and triglycerides in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in t
