中医护理方案在消渴病患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医护理方案在消渴病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年4月-2022年4月深圳市中医院内分泌科收治的94例消渴病患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法随机分为对照组与观察组,各47例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组疾病不确定感量表评分、体质量、腰围、身体质量指数、并发症总发生率、糖尿病特异性生存质量量表总评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理方案在消渴病患者中的应用效果显著,可减轻患者疾病不确定感,改善体质量相关指标,降低并发症发生率,提升生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect analysis of traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan in patients with consumptive thirst disease.Methods:A total of 94 patients with consumptive thirst disease admitted to the Department of Endocrinology,Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by lot method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale score,weight,waist circumference,body mass index,total complication rate and total score of Diabetes-Specific Quality of Life Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan has a significant application effect in patients with consumptive thirst disease,alleviate the uncertainty of disease,improve the weight indicators,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life.
