北京某医院呼吸道过敏性疾病患者的过敏原分析

摘　　要：目的:分析北京京煤集团总医院呼吸道过敏性疾病患者的过敏原情况。方法:选取2018年5月-2021年1月北京京煤集团总医院收治的呼吸道过敏性疾病患者648例作为研究对象,患者均接受吸入性及食物性过敏原特异性IgE抗体检测。比较不同性别、不同年龄患者过敏原情况。结果:不同性别患者过敏原阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。41~60岁患者过敏原阳性率高于其他年龄段,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。轻度过敏292人次,中度过敏182人次,重度过敏21人次。所有过敏原中phad阳性率最高。结论:北京京煤集团总医院呼吸道过敏性疾病患者过敏原整体阳性率偏低,年龄对过敏原导致的呼吸道过敏性疾病有一定影响,需拟定针对性预防措施,以减少过敏反应发生。Objective:To analyze the allergen situation of patients with respiratory tract allergic diseases in Beijing Jingmei Group General Hospital.Methods:A total of 648 patients with respiratory tract allergic diseases who were admitted to Beijing Jingmei Group General Hospital from May 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients received inhalation and food allergen-specific IgE antibody detection.The allergens in patients of different genders and ages were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the positive rate of allergens in patients with different genders(P>0.05).The positive rate of allergens in patients aged 41-60 years old was higher than that in other age groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The person-time of mild allergy,moderate allergy and severe allergy was 292,182 and 21.In all the allergens,the highest positive rate was phad.Conclusion:The overall positive rate of allergens of patients with respiratory tract allergic diseases in Beijing Jingmei Group General Hospital is low,and the age has a certain impact on the allergen causing respiratory tract allergic diseases,and targeted preventive measures need to be formulated to reduce the occurrence of allergic reactions.
