宫腔镜术联合黄体酮软胶囊与裸花紫珠片治疗不孕症合并子宫内膜息肉的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析宫腔镜术联合黄体酮软胶囊与裸花紫珠片治疗不孕症合并子宫内膜息肉的效果。方法:选取2020年12月—2021年12月南华大学附属长沙中心医院收治的不孕症合并子宫内膜息肉患者66例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各33例。对照组采用宫腔镜术联合黄体酮软胶囊治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联用裸花紫珠片治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组雌二醇、促黄体生成素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组雌二醇、促黄体生成素水平低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组月经量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组月经量多于治疗前,且试验组多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组自然妊娠率高于对照组,子宫内膜息肉复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜术联合黄体酮软胶囊与裸花紫珠片治疗不孕症合并子宫内膜息肉的效果较好,可改善患者激素水平,增加月经量,提高自然妊娠率,降低子宫内膜息肉复发率。Objective:To analyze the effect of hysteroscopy combined with progesterone soft capsules and nude flower purple bead tablets in the treatment of infertility complicated with endometrial polyps.Methods:A total of 66 patients with infertility complicated with endometrial polyps treated in Changsha Central Hospital Affiliated to University of South China from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopy combined with progesterone soft capsules,and the experimental group was treated with nude flower purple bead tablets on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in estradiol and luteinizing hormone levels between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the levels of estradiol and luteinizing hormone in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in menstrual volume between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the menstrual volume in the two groups was more than that before treatment,and the menstrual volume in the experimental group was more than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The natural pregnancy rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate of endometrial polyps in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of hysteroscopy combined with progesterone soft capsules and nude flower purple bead tablets in the treatment of infertility complicated with endometrial polyps is better,which can improve the hormone level,increase the menstrual volume,increas
