中药热奄包联合25%硫酸镁热敷治疗骨科术后注射那屈肝素钙所致皮下硬结的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中药热奄包联合25%硫酸镁热敷治疗骨科术后注射那屈肝素钙所致皮下硬结的效果。方法:选取2022年1—6月于深圳平乐骨伤科医院行骨科手术,且术后因注射那屈肝素钙出现皮下硬结的患者90例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为中药热奄包组、硫酸镁热敷组与联合组,各30例。中药热奄包组采用中药热奄包治疗,硫酸镁热敷组采用25%硫酸镁热敷治疗,联合组采用中药热奄包联合硫酸镁热敷治疗。比较三组治疗效果。结果:联合组治疗总有效率高于中药热奄包组与硫酸镁热敷组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组皮肤潮红、皮肤肿胀、皮肤发热、皮肤疼痛积分低于治疗前,且联合组低于中药热奄包组与硫酸镁热敷组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组皮下硬结面积小于治疗前,且联合组小于中药热奄包组与硫酸镁热敷组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药热奄包联合25%硫酸镁热敷治疗骨科术后注射那屈肝素钙所致皮下硬结的效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,缩小皮肤硬结面积。Objective:To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot bag combined with 25%magnesium sulfate hot compress in treatment of subcutaneous induration caused by injection of nadroparin calcium after orthopedic surgery.Methods:A total of 90 patients who underwent orthopedic surgery in Shenzhen Pingle Orthopedics Hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 and developed subcutaneous induration due to injection of nadroparin calcium after surgery were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into traditional Chinese medicine hot bag group,magnesium sulfate hot compress group and combined group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The traditional Chinese medicine hot bag group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot bag,the magnesium sulfate hot compress group was treated with 25%magnesium sulfate hot compress,and the combined group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot bag combined with magnesium sulfate hot compress.The treatment effects of the three groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in traditional Chinese medicine hot bag group and magnesium sulfate hot compress group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of skin flushing,skin swelling,skin fever and skin pain in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the combined group were lower than those in traditional Chinese medicine hot bag group and magnesium sulfate hot compress group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the area of subcutaneous induration in the three groups was smaller than that before treatment,and the area in the combined group was smaller than that of traditional Chinese medicine hot bag group and magnesium sulfate hot compress group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese medicine hot bag and 25%magnesium sulfate hot compress in
