摘　　要：目的:探讨胸腔积液细胞块切片免疫组化染色技术在肺腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2017年1月—2023年5月南京市高淳中医院及宿迁市沭阳县中医院收治的80例疑似肺腺癌患者作为研究对象,采集患者的胸腔积液样本,分别行细胞涂片与细胞块苏木素-伊红染色法(HE染色),细胞块免疫组化染色技术检查,以病理检查结果为“金标准”,分析常规涂片HE染色、细胞块切片HE染色及细胞块切片免疫组化染色对肺腺癌的诊断效能。结果:病理检查显示恶性肺腺癌患者37例,占比46.25%。细胞块切片免疫组化染色准确率高于常规涂片HE染色与细胞块切片HE染色,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腔积液细胞块切片免疫组化染色技术诊断肺腺癌的准确率较高,可以辅助临床诊断肺腺癌疾病。Objective:To explore the application value of immunohistochemical staining technique in the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma using pleural effusion cell block sections.Methods:From January 2017 to May 2023,80 suspected patients of lung adenocarcinoma admitted to Nanjing Gaochun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Suqian City Shuyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects.The pleural effusion samples of the patients were collected and tested by cell smear and cell block hematoxylin-eosin staining(HE staining)and cell block immunohistochemical staining technique.The pathological test results were used as the"gold standard".The diagnostic efficiency of conventional smear HE staining,cell block section HE staining and cell block section immunohistochemical staining for lung adenocarcinoma was analyzed.Results:Pathological test showed that there were 37 patients with malignant lung adenocarcinoma,accounting for 46.25%.The accuracy of immunohistochemical staining of cell block sections was higher than that of HE staining of conventional smears and HE staining of cell block sections,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immunohistochemical staining technique of pleural effusion cell block sections has a high accuracy in the diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma,and can assist in the clinical diagnosis of lung adenocarcinoma disease.
