摘　　要：目的:探讨叙事护理对原发性肝癌患者心理状况及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2020年3—9月玉林市红十字会医院收治的69例原发性肝癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=39)和对照组(n=30)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施叙事护理。比较两组心理状况及生活质量。结果:护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生理领域、心理领域、独立性领域、社会关系领域评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组生理领域、心理领域、独立性领域、社会关系领域评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:叙事护理可改善原发性肝癌患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高其生活质量。Objective:To explore the influence of narrative nursing on psychological status and quality of life for patients with pri-mary liver cancer.Methods:From March 2020 to September 2020,69 patients with primary liver cancer admitted to the Red Cross Hospital of Yulin City were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=39)and control group(n=30).Control group implemented routine nursing and observation group implemented narrative nursing on the basis of control group.The psychological status and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant dif-ference in the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of physiology domain,psychology domain,independence domain and social relationship do-main between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);After nursing,the scores of physiology domain,psychology domain,indepen-dence domain and social relationship domain in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the obser-vation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Narrative nursing can ameliorate the anxiety and depression and improve the quality of life of patients with primary liver cancer.
