摘　　要：目的:分析慢性肾功能不全患者采用多学科护理照顾模式干预的临床效果。方法:选取2023年1—6月南京市浦口区中心医院肾内科收治的90例慢性肾功能不全患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上实施多学科护理照顾模式干预。比较两组自我效能感、护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组GSES评分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。结论:多学科护理照顾模式可提高慢性肾功能不全患者自我效能感与护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of multidisciplinary nursing care model intervention in patients with chronic renal insufficiency.Methods:A total of 90 patients with chronic renal insufficiency admitted to the Department of Nephrology,Nanjing Pukou District Central Hospital from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Using the random number table,they were divided into control group and study group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing intervention,and the study group implemented multidisciplinary nursing care model intervention on the basis of the control group.Self-efficacy sense and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the GSES scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.020).Conclusion:The multidisciplinary nursing care model can improve the self-efficacy sense and nursing satisfaction of patients with chronic renal insufficiency.
