多维度协同护理干预在前列腺切除术后尿失禁患者康复中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析多维度协同护理在前列腺切除术后尿失禁患者康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年5月—2022年5月南京医科大学附属南京医院收治的68例前列腺切除术后尿失禁患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各34例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施多维度协同护理。比较两组排尿情况、生活质量、尿失禁程度。结果:护理后,两组日间排尿次数、夜间排尿次数、尿失禁次数少于护理前,且研究组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组生活质量量表评分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组尿失禁问卷表简表评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多维度协同护理在前列腺切除术后尿失禁患者康复中的应用效果显著,可促进患者排尿功能恢复,提高生活质量。Objective:To analyze the application effect of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing in the rehabilitation of patients with urinary incontinence after prostatectomy.Methods:A total of 68 patients with urinary incontinence after prostatectomy treated in Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the study group implemented multi-dimensional collaborative nursing.The urination status,the quality of life,and the urinary incontinence degree were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the number of diurnal urination,night urination and urinary incontinence in the two groups was lower than that before nursing,the number in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scale score in the two groups was higher than that before nursing,the score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of urinary incontinence questionnaire short form in the two groups was lower than that before nursing,the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-dimensional collaborative nursing has a significant application effect in the rehabilitation of patients with urinary incontinence after prostatectomy,and can promote the recovery of urination function and improve the quality of life.
