摘　　要：目的:分析阶段性康复护理在手外伤患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月于南京医科大学附属南京医院(南京市第一医院)行手外伤术的86例患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组给予常规康复护理,观察组给予阶段性康复护理。比较两组关节活动度与并发症发生情况。结果:护理后,两组拇指关节外展、掌拇指关节屈曲、拇指指间关节屈曲、掌指关节屈曲、近侧指关节屈曲、远侧指尖关节屈曲活动度大于护理前,且观察组大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.019)。结论:阶段性康复护理在手外伤患者术后康复中的应用效果显著,能够提高手指关节活动度,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of staged rehabilitation nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with hand trauma.Methods:A total of 86 patients undergoing hand trauma surgery in Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University(Nanjing First Hospital)from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received staged rehabilitation nursing.The joint range of motion and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the range of motion of thumb joint abduction,thumb metacarpophalangeal joint flexion,thumb interphalangeal joint flexion,metacarpophalangeal joint flexion,proximal knuckle flexion,and distal fingertip joint flexion in two groups was greater than that before nursing,and the range of motion in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.019).Conclusion:Staged rehabilitation nursing has a significant application effect in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with hand trauma,and can improve the range of motion of finger joints and reduce the incidence of complications.
