摘 要:目的:分析5G智慧社区区域模式在2型糖尿病患者健康管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年9月—2022年8月南方医科大学坪山总医院内分泌代谢病科收治的1 021例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=721)与对照组(n=300)。观察组接受5G智慧社区区域模式管理,对照组接受常规糖尿病管理。比较两组管理效果。结果:观察组主动随诊率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。管理后,观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、收缩压、舒张压水平低于管理前,且低于同时段对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血糖、血脂、血压达标率及综合达标率高于管理前,且高于同时段对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:5G智慧社区区域模式在2型糖尿病患者健康管理中的应用效果显著,可提高糖尿病患者的随访率,改善其血糖、血脂、血压水平。Objective:To analyze the application effect of 5G smart community regional model in the health management of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 1021 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism of Pingshan General Hospital of Southern Medical University between September 2020 and August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=721)and control group(n=300).The observation group received 5G smart community regional model management,and the control group received conventional diabetes management.The management effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The active follow-up rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).After management,the levels of fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those before management and lower than those in the control group during the same time period,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood glucose,blood lipid,blood pressure compliance rates and comprehensive compliance rates in the observation group were higher than those before management,and higher than those in the control group during the same time period,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of 5G smart community regional model in the health management of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is remarkable,which can improve the follow-up rate of diabetic patients and improve their blood glucose,blood lipids and blood pressure levels.
