摘　　要：目的:分析护理质量指标评价在手术室护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法:绵阳市中心医院于2022年10月采用护理质量指标评价进行手术室护理质量管理,2021年10月—2022年9月为实施前,2022年10月—2023年9月为实施后,实施前后各随机选取75例患者作为研究对象。比较实施护理质量指标评价前后术前护理质量,术中、术后不良事件发生情况,患者护理满意度。结果:实施护理质量指标评价后,患者身份信息正确率、术前准备护理质量评分、Time out核查落实率、手术部位标识执行率高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施护理质量指标评价后,病例标本信息错误、医疗器械清点错误、压疮、体腔异物遗留发生率低于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施护理质量指标评价后,护理总满意度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论:护理质量指标评价在手术室护理质量管理中的应用效果显著,可提高术前护理质量及患者护理满意度,降低不良事件发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of nursing quality index evaluation on the management of nursing quality in operating room.Methods:In October 2022,Mianyang Central Hospital applied nursing quality index evaluation for the management of nursing quality in operating room.From October 2021 to September 2022 was the period before the implementation,and from October 2022 to September 2023 was the period after the implementation.A total of 75 patients were randomly selected as the study subjects before and after the implementation.The quality of preoperative nursing,the occurrence of intraoperative and postoperative adverse events,and the satisfaction of patients with nursing before and after the implementation of nursing quality index evaluation were compared.Results:After the implementation of nursing quality index evaluation,the accuracy rate of patient identity information,the score of preoperative preparation nursing quality,the implementation rate of Time out verification,and the execution rate of surgical site identification were higher than those before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of nursing quality index evaluation,the incidence of incorrect case specimen information,incorrect medical device counting,pressure ulcer,and residual foreign body in body cavity was lower than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the implementation of nursing quality index evaluation,the total satisfaction with nursing was higher than that before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).Conclusion:The application of nursing quality index evaluation in nursing quality management in operating room has a significant effect,which can improve the quality of preoperative nursing and patient's nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
