摘　　要：静脉药物配置中心(简称静配中心)是为患者提供静脉用药集中调配专业技术服务的部门。该文着重探讨了静配中心药物配送过程中可能出现的问题及其解决方案,静配中心药物接收面临的危险因素以及静脉配液的安全管理措施,旨在提升静配中心药物配送的安全性,减少医疗风险。Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(referred to as PIVAS)is a department that provides patients with professional technical services for the centralized dispensing of intravenous drugs.This article focuses on exploring the possible problems and solutions during the PIVAS drug distribution process,the risk factors faced by the PIVAS drug reception,and the safety management measures for intravenous infusion,aiming to improve the safety of drug distribution in PIVAS and reduce medical risk.
