摘　　要：随着生活水平的提高,糖尿病的发病率逐年升高,糖尿病性胃轻瘫(DGP)已成为糖尿病患者最常见的并发症。虽然中医对糖尿病性胃轻瘫的了解起步较晚,但是目前众多医家的认识已经日趋完善,也有了统一的共识。文章在此基础上对运用通督和胃针刀法治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫的操作标准化做出研究,以促进中医治疗该疾病的发展。With the improvement of living standards,the incidence of diabetes is increasing year by year,and diabetic gastroparesis(DGP)has become the most common complication of diabetes patients.Although the understanding of diabetic gastro paresis in tradi-tional Chinese medicine started late,many doctors have gradually improved their understanding of the disease and reached a unified consensus.On this basis,this paper will use unblocking governor vessel for regulating stomach acupotomy method to treat DGP,and study the standardization of diagnosis and treatment operation,so as to promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the disease.
