基于中国知网数据库的养心氏片知识图谱构建研究

摘　　要：目的 通过文献计量和可视化分析探究养心氏片的研究现状及热点。方法 以中国知网为数据源,检索建库至2021年12月31日期间收录的与养心氏片研究相关的文献,运用CiteSpace 5.5.R2软件对文献进行作者、机构和关键词分析并绘制可视化图谱。结果 共获得218篇相关文献,研究机构以青岛国风药业与医学院校(含附属医院)合作为主。冠心病、气虚血瘀证、专家共识、临床应用为排名靠前的关键词;氧化应激、心功能、专家共识等词突现强度持续至今;关键词聚类分析主要有焦虑抑郁、运动耐量、专家共识、Meta分析4个聚类。结论 养心氏片目前研究领域的热点以临床疗效评价为主,涉及疾病包括冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、心力衰竭、焦虑抑郁等,养心氏片的药理研究及高质量临床研究可能是养心氏片下一步的重点研究方向。Objective Through literature metrology and visual analysis,to research status and hot spots of Yangxin’s tablets.Methods CNKI was used as the data source,the literature related to Yangxin’s tablets of Qingdao Guofeng Pharmaceutical Co.,LTD.,which was included in the database from the establishment to December 2021,was retrieved,and the author organization and key words were analyzed by using Citespace5.5.R2 software,and the visual atlas was drawn.Results A total of 218 relevant literatures were obtained.The research institutions mainly cooperate with Guofeng Pharmaceutical and medical colleges(including affiliated hospitals).Coronary heart disease,qi-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,expert consensus,and clinical application were the top keywords.Oxidative stress cardiac function experts agreed that the intensity of the word mutation continues to this day.Keywords cluster analysis mainly in⁃cluded anxiety,depression,exercise tolerance,expert consensus,meta-analysis and four clusters.Conclusion The current research fo⁃cus of Yangxin’s tablets is mainly clinical efficacy evaluation,involving diseases include coronary heart disease,heart failure,anxiety and depression,etc.Pharmacological research and high-quality clinical research of Yangxin’s tablets may be the next key research di⁃rection of Yangxin’s tablets.
