艾灸联合耳穴压豆治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的 分析小儿过敏性鼻炎采用艾灸联合耳穴压豆治疗对于改善患儿症状、提升总体效果的价值及治疗安全性。方法 将中国医科大学附属盛京医院2020年1月—2021年10月治疗的80例过敏性鼻炎患儿随机分组,每组40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用艾灸联合耳穴压豆治疗。评测2组总体疗效、不良反应发生率、治疗前后眼部症状和鼻部症状评分、有效达标时间情况。结果 观察组总有效率为97.5%(39/40),显著高于对照组的80.0%(32/40)(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后眼部症状和鼻部症状评分均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效达标时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 小儿过敏性鼻炎采用艾灸联合耳穴压豆治疗对于改善症状、提升总体效果具有重要价值,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the value and safety of auricular point pressing bean combined with moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children in improving patients’symptoms and improving the overall efficacy.Methods 80 children with allergic rhi-nitis treated in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with auricular point pressing bean combined with moxibustion on the basis of routine treatment.The overall efficacy,the incidence of ad-verse reactions,the scores of eye symptoms and nasal symptoms before and after treatment,and the effective time to reach the standard were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5%(39/40),which was significantly higher than that of control group(80.0%,32/40)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was slightly higher than that in control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,ocular symptoms and nasal symptom scores of both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease range of observation group was significantly greater than that of control group(P<0.05).The effective compliance time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).Con-clusion Moxibustion combined with auricular point pressing bean in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children is of great value in im-proving symptoms and the overall efficacy,and the treatment is safe,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
