摘　　要：目的 探讨刃针结合关节松动术治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)的临床效果。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年1月收治的64例早期ANFH患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组选用刃针结合关节松动术治疗;对照组选用刃针治疗。经统计分析,2组患者性别、年龄、病程资料等比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。分别于治疗前,治疗14 d后、1个疗程后、治疗结束4周后,采集数据。应用视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Harris髋关节功能评分,评价患者髋部疼痛、功能障碍情况。结果 2组患者无脱落。治疗后,2组髋部疼痛、功能障碍等症状较前明显好转,且VAS评分、Harris评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05)。治疗结束4周后对2组患者随访,治疗组VAS评分为(2.29±1.02)分、Harris评分为(91.05±2.32)分,优于对照组的(2.85±1.34)分、(90.30±2.25)分(P<0.05)。结论 刃针结合关节松动术对早期ANFH的治疗效果确切,可减轻患者髋部疼痛、改善功能障碍等症状、提高患者生存质量,且安全性较高,远期效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of blade needle combined with joint mobilization in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head(ANFH).Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,64 patients with early ANFH were se-lected and divided into treatment and control groups using the random number table method.The treatment group was treated with blade needle combined with joint mobilization.The control group was treated with blade needle.After statistical analysis,there was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups,indicating comparability(P>0.05).Data were col-lected before treatment,14 days after treatment,1 course of treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment.Visual Analogy Scale(VAS)score and Harris hip function score were used to evaluate the patients’hip pain and functional impairment.Results There was no dropout case in the two groups.After treatment,the symptoms of hip pain and dysfunction in the 2 groups were significantly improved,and the VAS score and Harris score were improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The VAS score and Harris score of the treat-ment group were(2.29±1.02)and(91.05±2.32)respectively,which were better than those of the control group(2.85±1.34)and(90.30±2.25)respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The blade needle combined with joint mobilization in the treatment of early ANFH has obvi-ously therapeutic effect,and it can reduce the hip pain of patients,improve the symptoms of dysfunction and improve the quality of life of patients,and has high safety and significant long-term effect.
