两针法治疗腰三横突综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察两针法治疗腰三横突综合征的临床效果。方法 将60例腰三横突综合征患者随机分为针刺组和常规组,各30例。常规组采用常规康复治疗,针刺组在常规康复治疗的基础上加用两针法治疗。分别观察2组患者治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、简体中文版Oswestry功能障碍指数量表(SCODI)评分及日本骨科协会(JOA)评分。结果 2组患者治疗前各评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2个疗程后,2组患者VAS评分、SCODI评分及JOA评分均明显降低(P<0.05);JOA评分中临床体征方面2组患者治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各项针刺组均优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 两针法能有效缓解腰三横突综合征患者腰痛症状,改善功能障碍,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of two-stitch therapy in the treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods 60 cases of third lumbar transverse process syndrome were randomly divided into acupuncture group and conventional group,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with routine rehabilitation,and the acupuncture group was treated with side-accompanied needling on the basis of routine rehabilitation therapy.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,Simplified Chinese version Oswestry Disability Index(SCODI)scores and Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores were observed before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in scores between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,VAS score,SCODI score and JOA score of 2 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant dif-ference in clinical signs in JOA score between 2 groups after treatment(P>0.05),and the other acupuncture groups were better than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Side-accompanied needling can effectively relieve the symptoms of low back pain,and improve the dysfunction and the quality of life.
