聪耳通窍汤配合耳穴压豆及鸣天鼓手法治疗神经性耳鸣的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨聪耳通窍汤配合耳穴压豆及鸣天鼓手法治疗神经性耳鸣的临床效果。方法 选取108例神经性耳鸣患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组54例。对照组给予常规治疗方案,试验组给予聪耳通窍汤配合耳穴压豆联合鸣天鼓手法治疗,均治疗4周。比较2组临床疗效,2 kHz、4 kHz的听阈值,耳鸣响度,甲襞微循环指标。结果 治疗后,与对照组比较,试验组2 kHz、4 kHz的听阈值及耳鸣响度较低(P<0.05);甲襞微循环襻周积分、管襻积分、流态积分及总积分较低(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率92.59%(50/54)明显高于对照组的75.93%(41/54)(P<0.05);不良反应发生率1.85%(1/54)低于对照组的12.96%(7/54)(P<0.05)。结论 聪耳通窍汤配合耳穴压豆及鸣天鼓手法能显著降低神经性耳鸣患者的听阈值及耳鸣响度,临床疗效显著。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Conger Tongqiao decoction combined with auricular bean pressing bean and Min-gtiangu manipulation in the treatment of nervous tinnitus.Methods One hundred and eight patients with nervous tinnitus were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given Conger Tongqiao decoction combined with auricular bean pressing bean and Mingtiangu manipulation,all of which were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,hearing threshold of 2 kHz and 4 kHz,tinnitus loudness and nail fold microcirculation indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the hearing threshold and tinnitus loudness of 2 kHz and 4 kHz in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The loop integral,tube loop integral,flow pattern integral and total integral of nail fold microcirculation were lower(P<0.05).The total effec-tive rate of experimental group was 92.59%(50/54),which was significantly higher than that of control group(75.93%,41/54)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of experimental group was 1.85%(1/54),which was lower than that of control group(12.96%,7/54)(P<0.05).Conclusion Conger Tongqiao decoction combined with auricular point pressing bean and Mingtiangu manipulation can sig-nificantly reduce the hearing threshold and tinnitus loudness of patients with nervous tinnitus,and has significant effect.
