小针刀联合补肾活血祛痛方治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨小针刀联合补肾活血祛痛方治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的临床效果。方法 选取2016年7月—2018年4月沈阳市中医院收治的135例患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为甲组(小针刀联合补肾活血祛痛方)、乙组(补肾活血祛痛方)和丙组(小针刀),观察与对比3组患者的腰痛分级、治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分和总体效果。结果 甲组总有效率为97.78%(44/45),高于乙组的88.89%(40/45)、丙组的82.22%(37/45),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲组治疗后VAS评分下降程度明显大于乙组和丙组;甲组治疗后Denis腰痛分级明显优于乙组和丙组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对LDH患者进行小针刀联合补肾活血祛痛方治疗可以有效缓解患者的疼痛程度、缩短患者的住院时间、提升患者的生活质量,同时患者腰椎功能可以得到快速恢复,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of small needle knife combined with tonifying kidney and promoting blood for removing pain recipe in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods One hundred and thirty-five pa-tients admitted to Shenyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the research ob-jects.All patients were randomly divided into group A(small needle-knife combined with small needle knife combined with tonifying kidney and promoting blood for removing pain recipe),group B(small needle knife combined with tonifying kidney and promoting blood for removing pain recipe)and group C(small needle-knife).The grade of low back pain,visual analog scale(VAS)score before and after treatment and the overall effect of the three groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of group A was 97.78%(44/45),which was higher than 88.89%(40/45)in group B and 82.22%(37/45)in group C,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of group A after treatment decreased significantly more than that of group B and group C.De-nis grade of low back pain after treatment in group A was significantly better than that in group B and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Small needle knife combined with combined with tonifying kidney and promoting blood for removing pain recipe in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation can effectively relieve pain,shorten hospitalization time,improve the quality of life of patients,and recover lumbar function quickly,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
