摘　　要：目的 探析在膝关节置换术患者中应用针刺与神经阻滞对镇痛效果和关节早期功能恢复的影响。方法 回顾性收集2020年11月-2021年11月在南昌市洪都中医院进行膝关节置换术的93例患者作为本次研究的对象,采用神经阻滞的47例患者纳入参考组,在参考组的基础上采用针刺的46例患者纳入研究组。对比2组患者视觉模拟量表(VAS)和美国特种外科医院膝关节量表(HSS)的评分。结果 研究组术后48 h、术后5 d的VAS评分均低于参考组(P<0.05);研究组术后3 d、术后7 d、术后14 d的HSS评分均高于参考组(P<0.05)。结论 应用针刺联合神经阻滞治疗膝关节置换术患者,可有效减轻患者疼痛感,对早期功能恢复有促进作用。Objective To explore the effects of acupuncture and nerve block on analgesic effect and early functional recovery of joint in patients undergoing knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 93 patients who underwent knee replacement in Nanchang Hongdu Hos-pital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to November 2021 were retrospectively collected as the objects of this study.47 patients who received nerve block were included in the control group,and 46 patients who received acupuncture on the basis of the reference group were included in the study group.Visual analogue pain scale(VAS)and Hospital for Special Surgery Knee Scale(HSS)were compared between the two groups.Results VAS scores of the study group at 48 h and 5 d after surgery were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The HSS scores of the study group at 3,7 and 14 days after surgery were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with nerve block in the treatment of knee arthroplasty patients can ef-fectively reduce their pain and promote early functional recovery.
