中西医结合护理支气管肺癌光动力治疗并发症体会

摘　　要：近年来,光动力疗法(PDT)治疗支气管肺癌的技术逐渐成熟,为患者提供微创治疗的同时,显著提高了患者的生存质量,但随之而来的是PDT治疗支气管肺癌后并发症的产生。只有将PDT治疗后并发症控制到最低水平,才能真正提高患者的生存质量。文章提供中西医结合护理支气管肺癌PDT治疗后并发症的方法,总结护理经验,在中医辨证施护的基础上完善环境护理、气道护理、饮食护理、皮肤护理、心理护理等干预措施,全方位配合PDT治疗,保证治疗前后患者生存质量。In recent years,the technology of photodynamic therapy(PDT)in the treatment of bronchial lung cancer has gradually ma-tured,providing patients with minimally invasive treatment while significantly improving the quality of life of patients,but it is fol-lowed by complications after PDT treatment of bronchial lung cancer.Only by controlling the complications after PDT treatment to the lowest level,can the quality of life of patients really be improved.This article provided methods of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for complications after PDT treatment of bronchial lung cancer,summarized nursing experience,improved intervention measures such as environmental care,airway care,diet care,skin care and psychological care on the basis of TCM syn-drome differentiation and care,and fully integrated PDT treatment to ensure the quality of life of patients before and after treatment.
