摘 要:目的 探讨文献报告会在中医院校基础医学学术型研究生培养中的应用效果和满意度评价。方法 选取湖南中医药大学医学院2020级、2021级基础医学学术型在读研究生29名作为研究对象,根据研究生对文献报告会满意度、报告会前后科研各项能力自评、文献报告会对研究生综合能力影响评价及师生交流情况设计问卷调查。结果 参与文献报告会后,86.21%(25/29)的研究生表示满意文献报告会。调查对象自评其文献检索能力、文献阅读分析能力、文献撰写能力、制作学术PPT能力和文献汇报能力均有显著提升(P<0.05)。89.66%(26/29)的调查对象认同参加文献报告会有助于开拓学术视野,有助于提高创新意识和创新能力;79.31%(23/29)的调查对认同其巩固了基础理论和专业知识;72.41%(21/29)认同其增强了自主学习能力及主动参加线上线下的学术专题讲座意愿。文献报告会也增加了导师与研究生的交流方式和见面频率。结论文献报告会促进了导师与研究生之间的交流,对研究生科研综合能力的培养有积极作用。Objective To explore the application effect and satisfaction evaluation of the journal club in the training of academic post-graduates of basic medicine in university of Chinese medicine.Methods Twenty-nine academic postgraduate students of basic medi-cine from Grade 2020 and Grade 2021 in Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.The question-naire survey was designed according to the graduate students'satisfaction with the literature report meeting,the self-evaluation of sci-entific research ability before and after the literature report meeting,the evaluation of the impact of the literature report meeting on the comprehensive ability of the graduate students and the communication between teachers and students.Results After the journal club,86.21%(25/29)of the graduate students expressed satisfaction with the journal club.The self-rated literature retrieval ability,litera-ture reading and analysis ability,literature writing ability,academic PPT making ability and literature reporting ability were signifi-cantly improved(P<0.05).89.66%(26/29)respondents agreed that participating in the journal club would help broaden their academic horizons and improve their innovation awareness and ability.79.31%(23/29)of the respondents agreed that it consolidated the basic theory and professional knowledge.72.41%(21/29)agreed that it enhanced their self-learning ability and willingness to actively par-ticipate in online and offline academic lectures.The journal club also increased the way of communication and the frequency of meet-ing between tutors and graduate students.Conclusion The journal club promotes the communication between supervisors and gradu-ate students,and plays a positive role in the cultivation of graduate students’comprehensive ability such as scientific research.
