非编码RNA(Non-coding RNA)是一类含量丰富且功能多样而不进行蛋白质翻译的RNA,根据核苷酸长度分为,长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)及短链非编码RNA。 Gout is a metabolic disease directly related to hyperuricemia caused by disorder of purine metabolism and/or decreased excretion of uric acid.In recent years, with changes in living habits and dietary structure, the number of patients with gout has increased day by day,and the clinical incidence has also increased year by year. With the in-depth development of next-generation sequencing,non-coding RNA plays an important role in gout disease.Non-coding RNA is a type of RNA that is rich in content and has multiple functions without translating proteins.According to the length of nucleotides,it is divided into long non-coding RNA(IncRNA)and short non-coding stranded RNA.Studies have shown that non-coding RNA is essential for the progression and management of gout. Therefore, this article reviewed the research progress of non-coding RNA in order to explore the relationship between non-coding RNA and gout and its pathogenesis.
