摘 要:随着空中突防作战进程的推进,警戒雷达网中各雷达对突防飞机的威胁程度在动态变化。远距离支援干扰(SOJ)飞机应根据这种变化选择威胁度大的警戒雷达进行干扰,为突防飞机提供有效的远程电子支援。首先,通过构建警戒雷达威胁度3层评估指标体系,将群决策思想融入到层次分析法(AHP)中。其次,结合逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)提出定性与定量相结合的评估模型对警戒雷达威胁度进行计算、排序,为远距离支援干扰飞机合理选择干扰目标提供依据。最后,通过算例证明该方法的可行性、可操作性。In air assault operations,the threat level of each radar in the alert radar network to the as-sault aircraft is dynamically changing with the process.Meanwhile,the stand-off jamming(SOJ)air-craft should select the alert radar with high threat level for jamming to provide effective support to the assault aircraft.Firstly,a three-tier evaluation index system for alert radar threat degree is construc-ted and the idea of group decision is integrated into the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Second-ly,a qualitative and quantitative evaluation model is proposed combining technique for order prefer-ence by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS).This method can calculate and rank the alert radar threat degree and provide a basis for the reasonable selection of jamming targets by SOJ aircraft.Fi-nally,the feasibility and operability of the method are proved by arithmetic examples.
