摘　　要：《朔方备乘》为清代学者何秋涛于咸丰年间所撰关于清代北疆史地的集大成之作,在清代学术史上占有重要地位。但该书的大量印行,在作者辞世二十余年后的光绪时期才得以实现。除去何氏故友黄彭年等人的直接推动外,边疆地区局势的变动、印刷技术的发展,以及“西学”的盛行,这些因素共同促进了该书学术史地位的形成。这一事例也折射出晚清学术风向同社会局势之间千丝万缕的联系。Shuofang Beisheng is a comprehensive work on the history and geography of the northern frontier of the Qing Dynasty that was written by He Qiutao(1824-1862),during the Xianfeng reign.This work occupies an important position in the academic history of the Qing Dynasty.But the large-scale printing of the book was not realized until the Guangxu reign,more than 20 years after the author’s death.In addition to the direct promotion of He Qiutao’s old friend Huang Pengnian and others,other factors,such as changes in the situation in border areas,the development of printing technology,as well as the popularity of“western learning,”jointly contributed to the formation of the book’s academic status.The renewed popularity of this work also reflected the link between academic trends and social conditions in the late Qing Dynasty.
