摘 要:本文用火花直读光谱法测定铜阳极板中硫含量,分析了火花直读光谱仪检测铜阳极板的最佳预燃时间、最佳曝光时间、工作曲线范围、分析波长等仪器条件参数,同时对铜阳极板试样加工制备方法、曲线校正方法、样品均匀性进行了研究,通过有证标准样品测定和红外碳硫法分析比较,对该方法准确度进行验证,同时进行了精密度实验。结果表明该方法精密度、准确度良好。采用该方法有效缩短了分析检测时长,实现了阳极板中杂质元素的一次测定,满足生产控制要求。In this article,the spark direct-reading spectrometer was used to conduct analysis the sulfur content for copper anode,choose the best spark direct reading spectrometer detecting copper anode precombustion time,the best exposure time,scope of work curve,analysis instrument condition parameters such as wavelength,at the same time for copper anode plate sample processing and preparation methods and calibration curve method,the uniformity of the sample were studied,through a standard sample.The accuracy of the proposed method was verified by comparing with infrared carbon-sulfur method,and the precision experiment was carried out.The results show that the precision and accuracy of the proposed method are good.This method can effectively shorten the time of analysis and detection,and realize the determination of impurity elements in the anode plate,which meets the requirements of production control.
