摘　　要：为强化化妆品监督管理,规范化妆品抽样检验工作,根据《化妆品监督管理条例》《化妆品生产经营监督管理办法》等法规,国家药品监督管理局组织制定了《化妆品抽样检验管理办法》,自2023年3月1日起施行。新的监督管理办法的实施,是国家药品监督管理局加强化妆品监督管理,规范抽样检验工作的一项重要举措。本文结合《化妆品抽样检验管理办法》,针对化妆品的抽样工作,围绕抽样工作重要性以及抽样的全部流程,根据多年抽样工作经验的进行总结,提出了增加抽样资源配备、加强抽样人员的队伍建设、加强网络抽样工作三点可行性建议,希望为化妆品抽样工作及监管工作提供更有力的技术支撑,。In order to strengthen the supervision and management of cosmetics and standardize the sampling inspection work of cosmetics,in accordance with regulations such as the "Regulations on the Supervision and Management of Cosmetics" and the "Measures for the Supervision and Management of Cosmetics Production and Operation",the National Food and Drug Administration has organized the formulation of the "Measures for the Administration of Sampling Inspection of Cosmetics",which will come into effect on March 1,2023.The implementation of the new supervision and management measures is an important measure taken by the State Food and Drug Administration to strengthen the supervision and management of cosmetics and standardize sampling inspection work.This article combines the new "Management Measures for Cosmetics Sampling Inspection" and focuses on the importance of sampling work and the entire process of sampling.Based on years of experience in sampling work,three feasible suggestions are proposed to enhance the allocation of sampling resources,strengthen the team construction of sampling personnel,and strengthen network sampling work.It is hoped that for the efficient and high-quality development of cosmetics sampling work and for the supervision of cosmetics,Provide stronger support for reference.
