摘　　要：移动电源(包括带有无线充电器的移动电源)作为智能手表、智能手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑等的“加油站”,为消费者的生产生活提供了极大的便利,但同时也存在一定的安全风险。为此,国家市场监督管理总局发布公告,自2023年8月1日起对锂离子电池和电池组、移动电源实施CCC认证管理。本文对移动电源在强制性认证检测中,GB 4943.1—2022《音视频、信息技术和通信技术设备第1部分:安全要求》标准测试里容易出现不合格的项目进行了分析并给出相关的改进建议,以便大家在日后的生产研发和认证检测过程中能够更为顺利地进行。Mobile power supplies(including mobile power supplies with wireless chargers) serve as "gas stations" for smartwatches,smartphones,tablets,laptops,and other devices,providing great convenience for consumers' production and daily life.However,they also pose certain safety risks.In response to this,the State Administration for Market Regulation has issued an announcement stating that starting from August 1,2023,lithium-ion batteries and battery packs,as well as mobile power supplies,will be subject to CCC certification management.This article analyzes the common non-compliant items in the mandatory certification testing of mobile power supplies based on the GB 4943.1—2022 Audio/video,information and communication technology equipment—Part 1:Safety requirements standard and provides relevant improvement suggestions,aiming to facilitate smoother production,research and development,and certification testing processes in the future.
