摘　　要：剖宫产术是解决梗阻性难产及因母儿疾病难以经阴道分娩的唯一方法,术后高质量的加速康复对产妇及其新生儿的健康具有重要意义。中医适宜技术在剖宫产术后加速康复的价值日益突显,但目前尚无统一标准。本共识通过阐述中医适宜技术在剖宫产术后加速康复的应用方法和使用范围,以期为剖宫产术后加速康复的规范化实施提供指导。Cesarean section is the only way to solve the obstructive dystocia and the difficulty of vaginal delivery due to maternal and fetal diseases,and the high quality of postoperative accelerated rehabilitation has an important positive significance for the health of mothers and their newborns.The value of TCM appropriate techniques in accelerating recovery after cesarean section is of rising importance,but there has been no unified standard yet.This consensus aimed to provide guidance for the standardized implementation of enhanced recovery after cesarean section by elaborating the application method and scope of TCM appropriate techniques in enhanced recovery aftercesarean section.
