芍药甘草汤的组方、临床应用及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：目的梳理芍药甘草汤的相关研究,以期对该方临床运用和研究有所裨益。方法分析古代文献和CNKI、万方、维普等平台的现代研究文献,探究芍药甘草汤组方规律,总结其现代临床应用及药理研究的相关情况。结果与结论芍药甘草汤由芍药、甘草组成,二药酸甘化阴,肝脾同治,其方中芍药可随证遣用白芍或赤芍。该方多用于消化、神经、儿科、骨科和妇科等疾病的治疗,并具有抗炎、解痉、镇痛、平喘、双重调节肌张力等多种药理作用,具有广泛的临床应用潜力。Objective To sort out the relevant studies on Shaoyaogancao Decoction and with a view to benefiting the clinical use and research of the formula.Method Ancient literature and modern research literature on CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu and other platforms were analysed to explore the pattern of the formula of Shaoyaogancao Decoction,and to summarize the relevant information of its modern clinical application and pharmacological research.Results and Conclusion Shaoyaogancao Decoction is composed of peony and licorice.The two medicinal acids are used to convert yin and treat both liver and spleen.The peony in its formula can be used with white or red peony according to the symptoms.Shaoyaogancao Decoction is commonly used for the treatment of digestive,neurological,pediatric,orthopedic,and gynecological diseases,and has various pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,spasmolytic,analgesic,antiasthmatic,and dual regulation of muscle tone.It has broad clinical application potential.
