改良版便携式超声仪在妇科超声门诊的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨改良版便携式超声仪在妇科超声门诊的应用价值。方法选择2022年1月-2023年6月江西省兴国县人民医院收治的200例妇科疾病患者,以随机数字表法分成两组,每组各100例。对照组进行常规便携式超声仪检查,观察组进行改良版便携式超声仪检查。比较两组检查用时、医疗纠纷率、舒适度及患者满意度。结果观察组人均检查用时短于对照组,医疗纠纷发生率(0)低于对照组(6.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总舒适度为97.00%(97/100)、总满意度为99.00%(99/100),均高于对照组的86.00%(86/100)、89.00%(89/100),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科超声门诊中应用改良版便携式超声仪具有理想效果,可缩短检查时间,提升患者舒适度与满意度,减少医疗纠纷发生,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To explore the application value of modified portable ultrasound instrument in gynecological ultrasound clinic.Methods 200 patients with gynecological diseases in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into 100 cases each by random number table method.The control group underwent conventional portable ultrasound examination,and the observation group underwent improved portable ultrasound examination.The examination time,medical dispute rate,comfort level and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The per capita examination time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of medical disputes(0)was lower than that in the control group(6.00%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total comfort and satisfaction of the observation group were 97.00%(97/100)and 99.00%(99/100),which were higher than 86.00%(86/100)and 89.00%(89/100)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the modified portable ultrasound instrument in gynecological ultrasound clinic has ideal effect,can shorten the examination time,improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients,reduce the occurrence of medical disputes,and is worthy of clinical wide application.
