循序减压弹力袜联合足底泵预防妊娠期下肢深静脉血栓的效果

摘　　要：目的研究循序减压弹力袜联合足底泵预防妊娠期下肢深静脉血栓的效果。方法选取2022年3月-2023年3月天津医科大学第二医院收治的60例妊娠患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与干预组各30例,对照组行常规治疗,干预组在对照组基础上行循序减压弹力袜联合足底泵治疗,比较两组下肢静脉血流指标、凝血指标、下肢DVT发生率及总满意率。结果干预组下肢静脉血流指标、凝血指标优于对照组;干预组下肢DVT发生率远低于对照组,干预组总满意率远高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论循序减压弹力袜联合足底泵用于预防妊娠期下肢DVT效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of sequential decompression elastic socks combined with plantar pump on the prevention of lower extremity thrombosis during pregnancy.Methods A total of 60 pregnant women from March 2022 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the intervention group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with routine,the intervention group received sequential decompression with elastic socks and plantar pump treatment on the basis of the control group,the indexes of lower limb venous blood flow,coagulation,DVT rate and total satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The indexes of lower limb venous blood flow and coagulation in the intervention group were better than those in the control group,the DVT rate of lower limbs in the intervention group was much lower than that in the control group,and the total satisfaction rate in the intervention group was much higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of sequential decompression elastic socks combined with plantar pump has a significant effect on lower limb DVT during pregnancy and is worthy of promotion and application.
