探究永盛合阿胶治疗肿瘤化疗相关性贫血的疗效及改善生活质量的效果

摘　　要：目的探究与分析永盛合阿胶治疗肿瘤化疗相关性贫血的疗效及改善生活质量的效果。方法采用随机数字表法对2020年5月-2023年1月收治的90例肿瘤化疗相关性贫血患者进行分组,每组各45例,对照组给予硫酸亚铁片等常规基础治疗,观察组加用永盛合阿胶治疗,对比两组临床疗效、血常规指标、埃德蒙顿肿瘤生活质量量表(ESEA)评分以及Karnofsky评分。结果观察组临床有效率明显高于对照组,观察组治疗后与对照组相比,RBC、Hb、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC较高,RDW及PLT较低,ESEA评分较低、Karnofsky评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药期间未出现明显不良反应。结论永盛合阿胶治疗肿瘤相关性贫血的效果显著,血常规指标得到显著改善的同时,生活质量得到明显的提高,安全性较高。Objective To explore and analyze the efficacy of Yongshenghe Ejiao in the treatment of tumor chemotherapy-related anemia and the effect of improving the quality of life.Methods Ninety patients with tumor chemotherapy-related anemia treated from May 2020 to January 2023 were divided into groups by random number table method,45 in each group.The control group was given routine basic treatment such as ferrous sulfate tablets,and the observation group was treated with Yongshenghe Ejiao.Clinical efficacy,blood routine indexes,Edmonton tumor Quality of Life scale(ESEA)score and Karnofsky score were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.After treatment,RBC,Hb,HCT,MCV,MCH,MCHC were higher,RDW and PLT were lower,ESEA score was lower,and Karnofsky score was increased in the observation group compared with the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion Yongshenghe Ejiao has a remarkable effect in the treatment of tumor-related anemia.While the blood routine indexes are significantly improved,the quality of life is significantly increased,and the safety is high.
