包覆管道防白蚁研究

摘　　要：聚乙烯管道因其优异的性能在国内得到了广泛的应用,近年来聚乙烯管道被白蚁破坏的事件时有发生。我们设计了两种用于管道包覆层的原料,以期在聚乙烯管道外制作具有抗白蚁性能的包覆层,从而达到防白蚁的效果。对两种原料进行的防白蚁性能试验和持续性评价表明,我们开发的这两种包覆层用防白蚁原料均达到了优异的防白蚁效果。Polyethylene pipes have been widely used in China because of their excellent properties.In recent years,some of polyethylene pipes have been broken by termites.We designed two raw materials for coated pipe to make a termite-resistant co-extruded layer outside the polyethylene pipe to achieve termite resistance.Through termite resistance tests and continuous evaluations on the two raw materials,we showed that the termite-proof raw materials for the two coated layers we developed achieved excellent termite-proof effect.
