疏肝散结汤治疗子宫肌瘤气滞血瘀证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝散结汤治疗子宫肌瘤气滞血瘀证的效果。方法:62例根据随机数字表法分为2组各31例。对照组用西药治疗,观察组用疏肝散结汤治疗。结果:总有效率观察组96.77%、对照组77.42%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组中医证候积分、子宫肌瘤体积小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组孕激素低于对照组、血红蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝散结汤治疗子宫肌瘤气滞血瘀证效果较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Shugan Sanjie Decoction in the treatment of uterine fibroids with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:Sixty-two cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,31 cases in each group.The control group were treated with western medicine,while the observation group were treated with Shugan Sanjie Decoction.Results:The total effective rate was 96.77%in the observation group while that was 77.42%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and the volume of uterine fibroids in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the progesterone level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the hemoglobin level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Sanjie Decoction is effective in treating uterine fibroids with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.
