血府逐瘀片辅治肩背肌筋膜炎湿寒瘀阻型疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察血府逐瘀片辅治肩背肌筋膜炎寒湿瘀阻型的临床疗效。方法:106例随机分为治疗组和对照组各53例,两组均给予冲击波治疗,治疗组加用血府逐瘀片治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组VAS评分及功能评价SC-ODI评分均下降(P<0.01)。复发率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:血府逐瘀片辅治肩背肌筋膜炎湿寒瘀阻型疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Tablets in adjuvant treatment of shoulder and back myofascitis with damp-cold and blood stasis type.Methods:A total of 106 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,53 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with shock wave therapy,while the treatment group were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu Tablets in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and functional evaluation SC-ODI score of the two groups decreased(P<0.01).The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Tablet is effective in the treatment of shoulder and back myofascitis of retention of damp-cold and blood stasis type.
