摘　　要：目的:观察火龙罐综合灸治疗慢性荨麻疹风寒型的疗效。方法:80例按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组用药物治疗,观察组用火龙罐综合灸治疗。结果:治疗3个月后观察组荨麻疹症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05),DLQI评分、总有效率、患者满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:火龙罐综合灸治疗慢性荨麻疹风寒型疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of comprehensive moxibustion with fire dragon jar in the treatment of chronic urticaria with wind-cold type.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with drugs while the observation group were treated with comprehensive moxibustion with fire dragon jar.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the urticaria symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The DLQI score,total effective rate and patient satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive moxibustion with fire dragon jar combined moxibustion has better curative effect in the treatment of chronic urticaria with wind-cold type.
