痔科洗剂治疗炎性外痔临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察痔科洗剂治疗炎性外痔的临床疗效。方法:50例按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各25例,治疗组用痔科洗剂熏洗坐浴,对照组用高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴,疗程均为7天。结果:总有效率治疗组96%、对照组68%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组各症状、体征的单项积分和总积分均小于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗7天后各症状、体征的单项积分和总积分治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痔科洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗炎性外痔疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Hemorrhoids Lotion in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids.Methods:Fifty cases were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,25 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with Hemorrhoids Lotion with fumigation sitz bath,while the control group were treated with potassium permanganate solution with fumigation sitz bath.The course of treatment was 7 days.Results:The total effective rate was 96%in the treatment group while that was 68%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the single score and total score of each symptom and sign in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the single score and total score of each symptom and sign in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemorrhoids Lotion with fumigation sitz bath is effective in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids.
